Installation

I recommend having a fresh Deus Ex folder/set-up (meaning newly (re)installed) or a setup that you know works perfectly fine. The GOG.com version of GOTY Deus Ex may be preferable for a full fresh install.

Hanfling's released builds of the main HX files: https://builds.hx.hanfling.de/

Extract the latest build to your Deus Ex/System folder, make sure all the files are directly in the games System folder, not in sub-directory.

And run the game from HX.exe, not DeusEx.exe!
